Lisa Cordia is a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Licensed Esthetician and Aromatherapist specializing in holistic massage and skincare.  She received her education at Body Therapy Institute and Wake Technical Community College. She is currently enrolled in the School for Aromatic Studies Aromatherapy certification program.

Lisa enjoys helping others be an active participant in their own healthcare. She takes a naturopathic approach to health and beauty and views the skin as a reflection of internal health and well-being. Using a variety of techniques, her goal is to help you live a healthy, holistic life utilizing regular massage and organic skincare as a tool for self-awareness and healing.

Finny is our new official mascot and greeter. Studies show that having a dog around can help relieve stress, boost your mood and help you live longer. Finny  wants all of those things for you so she will be anxiously awaiting your arrival and will warmly greet you at the door. In return, she hopes for copious amounts of belly rubs and head pets.

*In loving memory of the best massage companion ever, my dear beloved Pepper. May he rest in peace.

*Finny is a Miniature Schnauzer and is considered hypoallergenic. She may be present in the room (She has a bed set off to the side where she will nap) for your session but will not affect your overall well being and enjoyment of the session in any way. Having said that, we are still working on a few people skills, so she has been known to let out an occasional quick “woof” if she hears an unusual noise coming from outside of the treatment room. If this is a concern for you, please let me know in advance and I will make arrangements so that your session will be pet-free. Thank you for your understanding and please let me know if you have any questions.
